NAMFS.org is the most UNVISITED mortgage segment forum with only 49 posts … only 49 total. SOFI has no forum … we suggest that you follow PreservationTalk.com… it’s a great forum for labor. SOFI is more focused on commercial and insurance inspections.
PreservationTalk.com has 95,680% more posts than the NAMFS forum. The difference in traffic is HUGE. It seems that Labor is disconnected from many of the Mortgage Order Mills (MOMs) influencing NAMFS. Labor seems to be the majority in NAMFS and the large national and regional MOMs run the show. Foreclosurepedia.org says that over 70% of NAMFS member dues goes to paying the executive director.
