I am writing from Deskin Law Firm. We are the attorneys who have brought the Lawrence Weinstein v. Mortgage Contracting Services, LLC case. This is a case on behalf of people treated as contractors who we believe are employees. We believe they should get a minimum wage, overtime, meal breaks, paid for missed meals, itemized wage statements and reimbursed for mileage and other out of pocket expenses.
