The mortgage segment is a dry rabbit hole. The mortgage segment is the home of $3 mortgage inspections and 99.5% of the greed, fraud and corruption in the industry. The rabbit hole is dry. Mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures are at a 8-year low. The small firms are going out of business. Many of the larger national and regional Mortgage Order Mills (MOMs) are crooks. You will have to spend about $1,265 upfront for a background check and insurance. Once you get that you are eligible for $3 mortgage inspections and $15 grass cuts. You will be expected to service large areas and visit some gang infested neighborhoods.
