California has many problems … high taxes … fires … dry wells … earthquakes. The traffic in many areas such as Los Angles is outrageous. California is expensive … so very expensive. Housing is very expensive. Gas is expensive compared to the rest of the nation. Mortgage inspection fees average about $3 in California. The profit is maybe $1.50 … the result is a worn out car. It is expensive to live in the “promised land”.
