The Mortgage Segment is the DARK SIDE of the industry. It is the home of $3 mortgage inspections and 99.5% of the fraud, greed and corruption in the industry. Many the Mortgage Order Mills (MOMs) target females and minorities. The commercial segment is the sweet spot … the home of higher quality firms that pay the higher fees.

The are many NO PAY problems in the mortgage segment. Field inspectors perform mortgage inspections and are not paid for their services. Often times, it is females and minorities who are targeted. When you are solicited by telephone or the internet and not paid for services provided, this is wire fraud. It is a federal criminal offense punishable with fines and up to 20 years in prison for a single case. Write a letter alleging wire fraud to the FBI office closest to the offending MOM or offending inspector. Provide all of the details of your case. Ask for an investigation. Ask of a case number.

Write a letter to Senator Elizabeth Warren in the U.S. Senate. Send the senator a copy of your letter to the FBI alleging wire fraud. Name the mortgage lender or servicer for the subject property where you performed services. The local county tax assessor can provide you with the name, address and telephone number of the mortgage lender/bank servicer.

Send a copy of your letters to the FBI and Senator Warren alleging wire fraud to the lender holding the mortgage on the property. Explain that if they take no action to shut down the wire fraud, that they will have helped facilitate wire fraud. Ask the lender to respond back to you as to why you were not paid by their subcontractor. Send a copy of your letter to the mortgage lender to both the FBI and Senator Warren.
