$3 Mortgage Inspections Lack An Essential Ingredient … A Reasonable Profit

The aloe vera gel many Americans buy to soothe damaged skin contains no evidence of aloe vera at all. Samples of store-brand aloe gel purchased at national retailers Wal-Mart, Target and CVS showed no indication of the plant in various lab tests. Consumers were scammed.

The $3 mortgage inspections offered by the Mortgage Order Mills (MOMs) are also lacking in an essential ingredient … it’s called a reasonable PROFIT. The profit is maybe $1.50. The profit from the first 833 mortgage inspections completed goes to paying the $1,265 upfront insurance and background check costs. One MOM will not even cut you a check for 60 days after you have completed work. So you work the first month or more to pay upfront expenses and you wait 1-2 months for a pay check. So it ends up being months before you have any money in your pocket. Mortgage inspectors are being scammed. Mortgage inspections is not the place to be!
