There Is Lots of Disorganization In The Mortgage Segment

I have read many stories of property preservation mechanics breaking into the wrong house. In some cases, there was not even a mortgage loan on the property. I hear stories of property preservation mechanics breaking onto occupied homes. Listen to this 911 call from a homeowner hiding in her bathroom. The case settled out of court for a huge amount of money.

Last week I received a call from a homeowner in Pennsylvania. He bought a property with cash in June of 2016 at an auction and the Mortgage Order Mill (MOM) was still ordering monthly inspections and property preservation tasks in January 2017. He called me to help him get the monthly visits turned off.

Read how Bank of America was ripped off of about $13,000,000 because they suffered from poor quality control and were very disorganized.
