Freddie Mac Hits 10-year Low Delinquency Rate


For the first time in 10 years, Freddie Mac’s single-family serious delinquency rate (more than 90 days past due or in foreclosure) dropped below 1 percent in January to .99 percent. The Mortgage Segment is dead. Too many mortgage inspectors are chasing fewer inspections and the average fee is about $3 with “maybe” a profit of $1.50. I have written about 1,600 posts about the horrors in the mortgage segment. Of course, you’re different and you will not be affected.
