What Does It Feel Like Working For A Mortgage Order Mill For A Month & Then Not Getting Paid?
The Mortgage Segment is the home of 99.5% of all of the fraud, greed and corruption in the industry. A mortgage inspector send me an email last week saying that she was owed $700 by a Mortgage Order Mill (MOM). The MOM told her in an email that her money would be delayed because they had made a bad investment and were having serious cash flow problems. She worked hard to earn that $700 and now the MOM was not paying her.
So what does it feel like when you work hard and then do not get paid? It feels like a “front snap kick” to the head. I trained for many years in Tae Kwon Do. I landed some front snap kicks in sparing and I also took some kicks to the head. It hurts. It also hurts when a MOM owes you money and then does not pay you. It hurts bad.
Let me repeat … the Mortgage Segment is the home of 99.5% of all of the fraud, greed and corruption in the industry. You have now been warned twice in just one blog post.
