Are you having many bad days working for a Mortgage Order Mill? I talked to a mortgage inspector this week who was having some bad days. He was recruited to cover a rural area of Virginia. At first the inspections were not too far away. Now the MOM wants him to cover a larger area for the same low fees. He wants to quit … but, he signed an agreement to give 30-days notice. He feels that the Mortgage Order Mill is starting to treat him like an employee and he will be starting discussions with the Virginia Employment Commission, the Department of Labor and the IRS.
Are you having bad days? Break away from the low-fee mortgage inspections and look at the opportunities with commercial inspections. They pay more and they are more interesting.
The low-fee mortgage inspections can be very upsetting and make you very irritable and tense … affecting your home life.
