Learn How To Deal With Change.

The mortgage inspection cheese smells bad. Mortgage inspection volumes are at 15-year lows. The mortgage inspections fees are lower today than they were 20 years ago. The mortgage segment is the home of 99.5% of the fraud, greed and corruption in the industry.

It is time to find some new cheese. I finished an inspector resume this week which was focused on moving the inspector into areas where there is much better cheese. It scared the inspector and he is still searching for the low-fee mortgage inspections. Some people will never change. They have no “up” in their lives. They are static. Life is so unfair for them.

I suggest that mortgage inspectors watch the video below. Watch it again and again. Learn to smell the cheese. Learn to change and move in new directions. There is so much more in the field services industry than low-pay mortgage inspections where you are sneaking around private backyards peeping in windows and taking the 7 required photos. Why are you wearing out your car with low-fee inspections? You may not even get paid. Today there is a national Mortgage Order Mill CEO running away and hiding … I read one death threat … from all of the mortgage field representatives that the CEO owes money. Lifes have been ruined … maybe your life. Grow up and learn to adapt to change. Avoid the mortgage segment. The mortgage segment is dead … rightfully so … as the economy is improving. Blame Trump!

Watch the below video every day for a month. Learn from it. At the end of the month you will probably notice a change in your life as the message in the video will “maybe” sink into your thick skull. You will be happier and you will be making more money. Change happens! You need to adapt! Some of you will not follow this suggestion … and that is great for your competition. The competition will keep winning while you keep losing. The cheese has moved. It is best that you make changes.
